Catalogue corrections
If a film is mis-tagged, a cast credit is wrong or a page shows the wrong person, send the page URL and what looks wrong. Titles, posters and credits come from TMDB, so factual errors in that data are best reported to TMDB as well. Curation, archetypes and mood analysis are ours, and those we can fix directly.
Data and privacy requests
To ask what data is held about you, or to have it removed, write from the address tied to your account. The Privacy page explains what is collected and why.
Partnerships and press
Licensing the archetype and mood dataset, API access, or press questions about how the catalogue is built — same address, and please say which of these it is in the subject line.
What we cannot help with
Lupani does not host, stream or sell films, and has no relationship with the services that do. We cannot help with subscriptions, playback or refunds on any streaming platform.
